Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. Rates can change with park fees, fuel costs and exchange rates until you have confirmed.

What is included

Each itinerary and quote lists what is in the price and what is not. Anything not listed is not included.

Changes to the itinerary

We may swap a lodge for one of similar standard, or change a route, for safety, weather, road or park reasons. We cannot promise any particular sighting.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, health requirements and travel insurance, and for following your guide’s safety instructions.

Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging your trip. Safaris carry risks from wildlife, terrain and weather. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
