Payment and cancellation
Payment
- A 30% deposit confirms your booking.
- The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
- We prefer bank transfer. Card payments are possible with a 3% processing fee.
- All prices are in US dollars.
If you cancel

|---|---|
| More than 45 days | Deposit is kept, and can be moved to new dates within 12 months |
| 44 to 30 days | 50% of the total price |
| 29 to 15 days | 75% of the total price |
| 14 days or less, or no-show | 100% of the total price |
If we cancel
If we have to cancel for reasons outside our control, we will offer new dates or refund everything you have paid.
Travel insurance
Insurance with medical cover and evacuation is required. We also recommend cover for cancellation and delays.
